FrontBurner® has been called the best blog in Dallas (repeatedly), a snarky celebration of ignorance, and a daily conversation about Dallas among the editors of D Magazine.

It sounds so Hollywood, Rod Garrison, Trey Dreher..

I imagine they're both pretty good guys, politics aside.

The evolution of the Dallas Morning News editorial page into the Crunchy Morning News Page has been a wonder to behold. One can read every opinion they will ever hold a day or two earlier on Dreher's personal blog, neither Liberal nor Conservative but juuuusst right, and always credulous. The next big thing will be the suggestion that we can each store our own very own Tactical Petroleum Reserves, local and organic, in our very own residential urban rain barrels.

Meanwhile, while all true Conservatives remain on the lookout for Mike Hashimoto's testicles, we laud, because who doesn't laud, Keven Willey's latest Botox presentation in her recent newspaper photo, because in these troubled journalism times a girl can no longer just rely on birdwatching for a career. Smokin' hot, Keven Ann, not a bit like Joan Rivers.
