  2. The company has been private all along. Its major stockholders — by a whopping ass margin — are Dealey DNA. The “public” image is an illusion. Nobody outvotes the heirs. Only heirs make the decisions. Only heirs make a genuine profit — profit. The company doesn’t lose money, it just fails to reach projections.
