For what it’s worth, my one visit to Scene was punctuated with a $20 off introductory coupon that was honored (after a long delay), but the $20 charge later showed up on my VISA bill anyway.

Nancy, I agree with you 100%. I’m not sure if these restaurants had a PR person helping them (or heck, if they did, did that person even know they were closing), but if they did and this person knew what was coming, they should have counseled them to update you guys – especially with reviews in the pipeline. You definitely earned the Alka-Seltzer with this one!
