I say it’s nothing because that literally is all that is contained, Mavericks-wise, in this post from the Commercial-Appeal’s Ronald Tillery. But go ahead and get your NBA draft pants in a bunch over the possibilities of the Mavs holding the No. 5 pick.

    Last time they traded up for 5, they got Devin Harris. This time, Eric Gordon? He’s Ben Gordon with a broken shot. Ugh. He would be ABUSED on the defensive end. (Gunshot)

    Maybe they could get Chris Douglas-Roberts. He was actually better than Rose in the Final.

    dammit! Pao Gassol might have been worth that trade. Too late now. Memphis is grizzly.
