2. This is pretty much the nightmare scenario: go to jail for unpaid parking tickets, die of an infection because of no medication. How did Tarrant County get a worse jail than Dallas County?
3. The story that won’t go away: Today, the lawyer for The Cherry Pit will file a motion asking a judge to declare the ban on sex clubs unconstitutional. I think there actually might be precedence for this. Lemme just look at my law books. Yes, there it is. The Banana Hammock v. Rhode Island.

Speaking of Pit Bulls (ok, awkward transition), I’m taking the bus right now to be all ‘green’ for a change when a couple were allowed to board the bus with a Pit Bull – as in live dog. Just where is Eric when you need him?
