Concert: REM in 1995. i had good tickets, 4th row or so, but the place was still half empty when the opening act took the stage (a little band called radiohead) so i got to sit front row. theyve been my favorite band ever since.

Sports: back when vince carter was still half man, half amazing (his rookie or 2nd year i think) i had front row, "end zone" seats near the basket. vc threw down 3 dunks that made sportcenter's top 10 list--360, between the legs s***. right in my face. im a mavs fan, but it was pretty awesome

This reminds me of The Summit in Houston where I grew up. I went to some great concerts in that place... and now it's a mega chuch.

Why Gawd? Why?????

Favorite Reunion Memory: All the SWC basketball tourneys, especially '94 when Texas won with BJ Tyler and '95 again Texas this time with Terrence Rencher. The icing on the cake was all the lame dunk contests during halftime of the final games.

Favorite Reunion Arena Memory: My very first Stars game, somewhere in 1995. Watching Bill Huard beat the crap out of some poor St. Louis Blues player and having the medics come and scrape the blood off the ice! Wonderful memories both of Reunion and Bill Huard!

Favorite Reunion Arena memories anyone? February 25, 1985: U2's "Unforgettable Fire" tour rolls into Reunion. Wow. Definitely the best show I saw as a teenager--although there were a lot of good (and bad) shows back then. On the sports side of Reunion, I would be remiss if I did not also mention the 1988 Mavs post-season run. For those of us who had endured the Mavs simply trying to reach 100 points in a game (which meant free pizza coupons to the crowd) 1987-88 was awesome.
