That is beyond dumb... almost as dumb as being forced to valet (unless you're lucky enough to find a spot on the street) only so I can tip the valet for basically holding my keys. It's faster for me to walk to my car myself than to wait for him to pull it up the 2 feet from where I'm standing. I really don’t understand the whole Cretia thing. Last week, when it was pouring rain and I hit up La Cubanita for lunch, I'm glad the kind waitress told me about the changes. Who looks 15' up in the air for a no-park when it's pouring down rain? I got drenched moving my car but it beats paying $150 to get my whip back. I also found it stupid to be enforced since Cretia's is closed.
