Ha! Most of you all are hilarious. EVERY one of you, if you had an accident and someone like Brian came to you and said the system probably owes you some money, you would go after it. Each and every one of you, no exceptions. I have been in the PI industry (insurance payee side) and I have never seen anyone turn down the opportunity, deserving or not, to get some PI money.

I have just found out about the lawyer getting hurt and looked up the accident to see whose fault it was … I kind of figured it was his fault since he did not say in his ads … I am glad the man will be ok since he does have six children and a wife, but disappointed that he is trying to get $250,000 out of Dallas … Lawsuits like that take away from the better good for the city … Like they should spend money on lights so the Dallas firetrucks chould have the system that changes the light to red and not just the sirens that if you have the radio on and windows up, one might not hear … Maybe he was on his phone or thinking about something else … Or maybe he is just getting old … Anyway this is something Dallas should think about doing because there are alot of baby boomers getting old now, so a way for the firefighters to change the light in front of them would help … I am glad Mr Loncar says he drives like a ninety year old now so at least one good thing came out of this and one rich guy is driving safer … He does have a rotten job by taking money out of EVERYONE’S pocket to make his family rich, but I guess he laughs all the way to the bank … He is really not a good guy even tough he gives to charity and loves his family … I guess alot of people are not good though … So much greed … Sami

F.Y.I for the ignorant people who think they know everything…firetrucks have a greater responsibility to yield at red lights then an average driver. You do not risk other lives in order to get somewhere else. It is a law all ambulance/firetrucks must stop at red lights. period.

Wow you think you know what your talking about and your trying to act superior to everyone else. The issue does not invlolve grammar at all. The police officer your referring to had said that, but there are other laws that had been broken such as the firetruck ran a red light and was speeding at the time. My prayers are with Mr. Loncar and your should be too!

I think it is interesting that people are ignoring the people insurance companies represent. They don’t just represent large corporations. If some ambulance chasing lawyer sues me for someone with fake injuries then my premiums go up. This has happened to me. The wreck was not my fault and some half wit trying to make some quick cash kept me and my insurance company in court forever. There was no damage on her car and her ambulance chasing attorneys actually kept showing up at my house trying to sue me for $60,000. There was no damage on either car. Her and I were going the same direction side by side. I was in a VW Bug and she was in a late 70’s Olds Cutlass. You do the math. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I don’t wish any harm to Mr Loncar and my prayers go out to his family. But I have no respect for his line of work and I do believe in Karma.

All of you who are criticizing Brian Loncar have obviously never met the man. He is a very generous and respected man by those who have the chance to know him. He is friendly, outgoing, and down to earth. He loves his family and lives his life to support them and to better those around him. So please stop degrading him and start praying for him and his sweet family.
