That’s because the Friday’s executive has left the Carrollton-based company to head up Applebee’s. So I guess his job will be to take the Applebee’s menu and overall dining experience and Fridayize it. One guess: They make it Saturdaze, the restaurant where Liz Lemon cheerfully ordered “the fried onion tower for two, for one.”

Eric,
Unpack his luggage, or “unpack his luggage?” http://frontburner.dmagazine.c.....ke-for-me/
Great, more flair in the neighborhood.
California? Applebee’s is headquartered in Kansas, isn’t it? But wherever he’s going, I hope he can help improve Applebee’s advertising. When it doesn’t look exactly like TGIFriday’s advertising, it seems to always make these weird whiplash-inducing changes of direction. One day Tyler Florence, the next Wanda Sykes and a talking apple. Somebody needs to help them.
Suck it monkeys, he’s going corporate!
Not to take anything away from the greatness of Liz Lemon, but if he’s renaming it, he’s going to rename it Chotchkie’s.
I can’t get anything by you, can I Bethany?
I vote Shenaniganz.
I just really, really love that phrase. Because I’m a third grader.
