Spotted: Avery Johnson at Al Biernat’s having lunch with an unidentified guy in a tan suit. Says one person who was close enough to eavesdrop a little bit, “They were talking about something business-related. They’d both talk on their cellphones, then go back to talking to each other about business.” Developing?

JJ Barea was at Chipotle just now. I feel bad because he cleared my table so fast but I just wasn’t sure if you’re supposed to tip at Chipotle or not.

i saw razor at buzzbrews this morning. he was selling weed to jessica simpson. queesy is somewhat of a regular there now. and some other stuff happened shortly after that.

This should make the fundraiser for Reading & Radio Resource really exciting. Can’t wait to hear what Randy Galloway, Dale Hansen, Norm Hitzges and Brad Sham will have to say about Avery. And I thought it was just going to be burgers and beer Monday May 19th at 7pm at The Ten Sports Grill, Main and Field in downtown Dallas. This oughta turn one of Dallas’s newest D Spots into a real hot spot. And maybe a hot seat for Mark Cuban?

I abandoned my season tix two years ago. I don’t regret it.

Avery: go find a team of players that will fight for you and get your Byron Scott on (left NJ for the lowly Hornets and makes them the #2 seed in the West)
