The House(s) of the Rising Sun Sales Price

Something weird is afoot in the Dallas residential real estate market. So notes a reader of DallasDirt and so seconds some commentors. Sales prices of some homes are actually going up. Now, they could be exceptions and a case-by-case basis, but it’s still weird.

    Where’s the righteously indignant blogging against CPS now that 31 teen mothers have been discovered among the 53 teen girls at the West Texas FLDS compound?

    I had a tryst with CPS in the men’s room of a Stuckey’s in October of 1997.

    I don’t have the data to back it up and I know I should becuase it sounds completely crazy, but prices in Richardson appear to be going up. Way up.
