Who is Robert B. Andrews, you ask? An alert FBvian points us to the Washington Post obit of the man who, as an SMU student in the late ’40s, invented a better way to read. And technology might just now be catching up with his idea.

    Pretty brave of him to forgo the possibility of life-extending medication in order to impart more of his knowledge on the world.
