Five firetrucks, several ambulances are blocking off all traffic to Main Street in front of the Chase Building & the Merc. Anybody know what’s going on?
Not me. I’m still in the shower.

There was an industrial shredder on one of the floors in the Chase Building that started to smoke (no fire) and they put it in the freight elevator to get rid of the smell on their floor. The building has issued an “all clear”. There was no fire.

If your ever curious about what’s up with a fire truck of ambulance, check this site out, it lists all the current incidents that Dallas Fire Rescue is responding to. Since I’m perched 9 stories up on McKinney Ave I’m on there all the time to figure out why that ambulance is racing down the street.

John M must be a lawyer!
Eric in the shower. That’s hot.
44th floor to be exact. Not many people were in the building yet, I got to work at 8 and they were already broadcasting the “all clear”.
It does beg the question about the rocket scientists on 44 … “Why the f@ck did you feel the need to share that stank with those of us above you?”
