I would be much more likely to patronize that than to ever watch a regatta, "major collegiate" or otherwise. Not even Rob Lowe in "Oxford Blues" could make rowing seem exciting. This is a multi million dollar project that already has the financing to do things right. In the near future, you will be able to watch some major collegiate regattas.
