Noted Sexologist Ken Starr in Town Tonight
The author of the Starr Report will speak at the inaugural reception of the Dallas chapter of the Pepperdine Alumni Association. Makes me wistful for my brief run through the Star-Telegram and the greatness of Julie Heaberlin, who let an idiot on her staff write this story about footnotes. (If only someone at the Star-T would let me post the full text. Hint, hint.)

I’m a Pepperdine alum, as is my wife. Neither of us were aware of any of this - the new alumni chapter, the reception, or Ken’s gig. I might have attended my first alumni event, had they actually, you know, notified the local alumni!

I’m a Pepperdine alumni too. The school sent out invitations to the event to all alumni in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. If you didn’t get one, it’s most most likely because you have not sent your updated contact info to the school. You can do it online here - http://www.pepperdine.edu/alumni/update/
I went to the event and it was completely packed…in fact, it was sold out. Hopefully, you and your wife will make it to the next event at Fuse - April 30.
