A Texas district judge in Austin ruled that (and I may be paraphrasing here) State Sen. Royce West’s $5 fee for strip club patrons is a bunch of hooey. Patrons of the ecdysiastic arts, rejoice!

Nice. That fee was keeping the junior high crowd from visiting their friends at the stip clubs.

Good for Judge Jenkins. That fee meant that there was $5 less per customer to spend. This ruling is a victory for single moms all over the state of Texas.

Good work. Now, how bout lets start taxing these ******* mega churches( and any other church for that matter) that bring in so much money.. I mean, they have rock shows with smoke and ****.. clearly its a form of entertainment and a place for dudes looking to get laid. Why do organizations get taxbreaks just because they believe illogical and silly things?
