Sounds like more and more are realizing how undervalued the housing market here is.

True dat, Lee. Too bad we’d have to outsource the planning otherwise, we’d be covered up with DART-like agencies.
It’s no secret that Lubbock, Abilene and San Angelo have better designed, faster and higher volume loop systems than Ft Worth and their fruit-loop 820. Wonder how they managed to look ahead and anticipate…

All that growth and so little evidence of any type of planning for growth. There should be regional planning, coordination and discussion.
