Remember when Southwest said they didn’t do anything wrong in not grounding planes they found with tiny cracks? The DMN has an exclusive report that the airline has now grounded 42 jets. Developing.

Is anyone else utterly shocked about this, considering Southwest’s near-perfect incident record?!?

Fuselage damage? Are you kidding me? I don’t want to fly them ever again, and they can move to Phoenix for all I care.

There should be much more national attention on this.

I’m a little skeptical about all the press this story is getting. It’s almost like it’s being coordinated.

I hear you, Highway 6; it’s very odd for a Congressman (Rep. Oberstar) to be out front on this sort of deal.

On a hunch, I checked his campaign contributions. Northwest Airlines and American Airlines are two of his largest contributors—

Why is it not surprising that some will try to blame American Airlines for this… pathetic.
