After he started what I like to call his &quot;novel talk&quot; (turn the page, write a new chapter) and started quoting lines from Lee Greenwood&#039;s &quot;God Bless the USA&quot;...I had to mute the TV. Thank goodness it&#039;s March 5.</description>
