		<description>Yes and I see Collin County can&#039;t raise enough dough for its &#039;Arts Center&#039;.  Perhaps they are too busy try to save the oversized tract homes in Frisclosure?  Just a bunch of corporate nomads passing through? They think Dallas County will pick up the bill (as in Parkland)? They like to criticize Dallas but don&#039;t really like where they live?</description>
