Rick Perry’s Gift To Bank Of America

The Texas Enterprise Fund gave Countrywide $20 million to create 7,500 jobs. Now that Bank of America has bought the defunct home lender, it will be happy when it reads the fine print of the deal, as reported today on BurntOrangeReport.com. Governments make poor investors, and corporate welfare is just that, welfare. If this is what Republicans do, why not elect Democrats? What’s the difference?

    Good boy Wick. Good boy.
Now tell us the story again Uncle Wick how your about how you live in Highland Park and
Uptown at the same time? Is that a republican thing or a democratic thing?

Hay, at least when you give free money to poor people you’re keeping the cigarette industry and the state sponsored numbers racket in business.

This “gift” appears to have one a single effect: allow contrywide to continue to sell mortgages to people who can’t afford them and subsequently have them foreclosed on.

You continue to labor under the assumption Rick Perry matters.
