Money ranks them by median household income, and we’ve got two on the list: Highland Park comes in at No. 11. Southlake brings up the rear, at No. 25.
Um, University Park? What’s going on, guys? You gonna let Southlake pwn you like that?

University Park’s numbers are skewed by SMU. That’s why you also see the average age of an HP resident as 54 and the average UP resident as 31.
It would be alot more telling to see the number of foreclosures and credit card debt among the nouveau riche of Southlake residents than the traditional bread and butter folks of the Park Cities.
It took weeks to get all the trash picked up(broken beer bottles, beer cans, KFC boxes, condoms)from the Southlake vs. Florida High School game, in the neighborhood surrounding Ford Stadium. That says alot about the trashy, tattoo covered, skanky dressed Dragon fans who used the 75225’s streets as a urinal that day.
FrontBurner® launched in March 2003, the first blog in Dallas run by a media organization. This is where the editors of D Magazine preemptively out themselves for sleeping with co-workers before anyone can blackmail them with a movie script detailing their indiscretions.
