That's like banning reading in a library, or banning sun-bathing at the beach because it's bad for your skin. Okay, they're not perfect analogies, but cigs and beer are complimentary. And everybody going into a bar knows there's the likelihood of a little second-hand smoke. I just can't picture a world of smokeless bars. How can you ban smoking in bars?
