Sarah and I just made a trip to LFT to pick up some things for a photo shoot and apparently we just missed the pop-star/actress/Romoette. She got a blow-out at Avalon (which is upstairs in LFT) and went on a shopping spree for Tony and herself. Our source says she bought tons of things for Tony (we expect to see him looking a little more fashionable any day now) and some Cynthia Vincent for herself. We know she loves to shop and if she’s still in the area, most likely popping into V.O.D. and other stores in Victory Park.

I don’t understand how she still has money to spend. Her last movie made a grand total of $6,422 (according to Defamer.com). What gives?

And she paid six figures for her 2 month rental a couple of weeks ago! Thought I wonder if Romo’s $67.5 million dollar contract paid for that.

Her long time voice coach, Linda Septien (yes, that Septien) is also a financial wizard in putting deals together..or something like that. Maybe Jessica’s benefited from both of Linda’s talents. Now, if we can only get Britney to declare bankruptcy and slither away…

DON’T EX WITH TEXAS

Dear Dallas and Surrounding Areas,

This isn’t a sports blog, and it isn’t a publicity stunt. (but have at me if it feels right.)

This is about doing what I think is right as a person, in this case speaking my mind.

I have never known anyone to have more pride in their home state and their upbringing in it than Jessica Simpson has in Texas. I don’t really follow sports, but I have played some of my biggest and best concerts in your state, and having witnessed how dynamic the spirit there is, I’m betting emotions are running high right about now.

All witty barbs, blogs, and fashion policing aside, that girl loves Texas more than you know. It’s one of her most defining traits as a person. So please don’t try and take that away from her. (You probably wouldn’t be able to, but it’s less work for all involved.)

I just thought it would mean something coming from the guy who has the absolute least to gain from this. And if I’m out of line in having written it, too bad. I can spare a Wednesday’s worth of bad press if it means sticking up for a good soul.

I said it before and I’ll say it again. Romo’s career is doomed as long as he is affiliated with this phony and her sucubus parents. Lie down with dogs and straight to video movie producers and you’ll get fleas(and miss open recievers for touchdowns)

I was present at Avalon and next to Jessica during her hair-do (seriously). She was so polite, nice, and real that I wouldn’t have believed it was her had i not seen it with my own eyes. Her dumb blonde persona was nowhere insight that i saw or heard. But I did hear a phone conversation with Mr Romo. Amazingly, they’re a normal, feeling, and human couple. I am a new fan of the Simpson clan when I didn’t care before
