Shares of the movie-rental retailer dropped a skosh today as Steve Jobs unveiled Apple’s movie-rental program during today’s keynote speech at Macworld. By “skosh,” I mean 17 percent, as of the posting of that story. (You know what else Jobs unveiled? The MacBook Air. Yes, please.)

Could Jobs possibly make a product sound more like VaporWare than with that name?
hate to be looking pro Block and anti Mac. but the apple lost a skosh too, almost 5% points. (after hours better)
Not sure who cares about macs rental thing for now, 30 days after dvd release?
Also, hate to say it but air is way to expensive for what it is. I only say that cause I cant remotely afford it.
Too expensive for rental…and new release isn’t that new…i’ll stick with netflix…thanks.
Since I just read that the MacAir doesn’t have a user replaceable battery (a la iPod), I have to say no thanks. Sure, my electrical engineer husband can replace my iPod batteries, but I think he might balk at potentially making a $1800 MacAir a MacBrick.
