Screw $1 million homes. Find my boss one in the $200,000’s, in North Dallas. He has his heart set on his children living in the Brentfield school district, too. No light poles. No railroad tracks. No busy streets.

    Go!

Do not challenge me, Bethany. My powers are too great.

How about this one, right near the school, for $262k? http://www.ebby.com/details/-2550100.html

Or this one for $239k just south of there?

I’m looking to sell my townhome after the New Year (for much less than $200,000), so if anyone is in the market for a 2 bedroom home in the Preston/Royal area and wants to pay out the nose in HOA fees, holler at me. I should add the HOA does pay for all your utilities, so you can wash one sock at a time if you’d like or leave all the lights on for 18 straight days. I know it makes me feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. It’s very cute and has a brand new(ish) kitchen with new appliances that I’ll let you keep for the right price. And I’ll even leave my cat there if you’d like. She’s really sort of gotten attached to the place, you know?

I have to warn you, he made one realtor cry, and another curse. Fluently. In two languages.

Bowie is awesome, too, and feeds to Parkhill and Pearce. That is technically NOT R-son, but Dallas 75248. IJS…
