I’m looking to sell my townhome after the New Year (for much less than $200,000), so if anyone is in the market for a 2 bedroom home in the Preston/Royal area and wants to pay out the nose in HOA fees, holler at me. I should add the HOA does pay for all your utilities, so you can wash one sock at a time if you’d like or leave all the lights on for 18 straight days. I know it makes me feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. It’s very cute and has a brand new(ish) kitchen with new appliances that I’ll let you keep for the right price.
