    Zzzzzzzzac.

  • AJ

    Tiredhead with Alibaster already…boring

  • John

Agreed. Zzzz. No more schilling for AKA who was deleted from my bookmarks the other week. More Yoko Romo. More Stephanie Quadri.

  • Bill M.

Judging from the picture, AKA fancies himself some kind of wit. Unfortunately, he’s less than half-right.

  • Zac Crain

    OK, OK, jeez — withdrawn.

  • Eric Celeste

I disagree, Zac. First, I thought it was funny. Second, exposing the humorlessness of local celebs is ALWAYS funny.

  • Trey Garrison

What are you saying Eric? Speak clearly.

Your incestous promotional activities are a bit on the shameless side. The Zac Crain band, Marty Cortland, The D Movie, and your brother with the TV show.

One must remember than knowing someone at D Magazine doesn’t always equate with talent as much as you would like it too.

There’s a link to Mr. Cogill’s headshot, and it’s funny ‘cos it’s true.

Plus AKA performed a public service by revealing Gary Cogill as a humorless, cranky old fool. What’s not to love?

  • Zac Crain

Who is the Zac Crain Band and where can I sign up for their online newsletter?

Lay off Gary. He’s actually a genuinely nice guy with a good sense of humor. Unfortunately, I’m sure he gets bombarded with dozens of e-mails each day - many of which are probably rather curt - so he probably glanced at the AKA note and fired off a reply without realizing the greater context.

  • Anne

Isn’t this just all in good fun anyway??

  • Marty Cortland

    Dear Jim:

Leave me out of the incestuous stuff.

    Marty

  • Bobby Ewing

Yawn. Wake me up in 2008. It revealed neither memorable humor nor the true character of Cogill. Next…

  • John

Well there you have it. Almost every poster votes thumbs down on future AKA news. One thumb up… from a sympathetic colleague.

    Very. Admirable. The mob rules.
