More on Scalia’s Co-Author

As Robert Wilonsky notes, Law.com is reporting that Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is writing a book about the art of persuading judges, and he’s tapped Dallas’ Bryan Garner to help with the typing. For readers of the print-version of FrontBurner, the name “Bryan Garner” no doubt rings a bell. The erstwhile Paul Kix profiled the lawyer-writer-lexicographer in the November issue, which may still be on newsstands. Note: Paul Kix is still Paul Kix; he’s just Paul Kix in Boston now.
