Black Friday Invades NorthPark Center

black-friday.jpgIn Kansas (where I’ll be tomorrow), shopping the day after Thanksgiving usually means lining up in front of Target at 5am. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. I usually choose to leave that particular tradition to the cousins in favor of a turkey and mashed potato breakfast and reruns of “Everyday Italian.”

In Dallas, things are obviously much fancier. NorthPark Center is opening its doors early this Black Friday–Macy’s will actually be open for insane people starting at 6am. Other retailers will open between 7am and 10am.
