It was a cool party, Tim, and one of the coolest there was Deputy Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway. The District 4 councilmember told us his anti-saggin’ campaign will soon unveil a new wrinkle: billboards–and a rap song–starring a stern “granny” type who disapproves of the saggin’ practice. No word yet on how many of the ‘boards will go up in Highland Park.
