Dan Rather Gives Props to Mark Cuban

Either Dan Rather wants a raise, or working at HDNet really has been a great experience for the 76-year-old anchorman-slash-TV-correspondent. As he told New York Daily News:

“Mark Cuban has been sensationally good to me. He’s been better than his word, better than his contract. He told me I’d have complete and absolutely creative control. And he’s done that.”

Dan Rather is celebrating its one-year anniversary. I managed to catch a little bit of his interview with James Carville a month or so ago. It was good. But it was no Art Mann Presents.
