Absolutely brilliant writing, a bit scatological at times, but a real pleasure to read.

While I agree with Paul’s assertion that Mr. Abthernabther’s writing is “brilliant,” it is technically problematic. He has a propensity to use the plural pronoun “they” (or “their” or “them”) to refer to a singular antecedent, such as, “Secure your cat to the living room sofa with thumb tacks and electrical tape and face them towards a television playing reruns of Meet the Press from 1964.” While his use of plural pronouns with singular antecedents may be an attempt to avoid sexist language, it also demonstrates an unfortunate level of carelessness. The above sentence could have been revised as follows: “Secure your cat to the living room sofa with thumbtacks and electrical tape and face it towards a television playing reruns of Meet the Press from 1964.” Note that thumbtacks is one word, not two (yet another sign of careless blogging) and that the cat in question is referred to as an “it” rather than “he or she,” which is an entirely proper pronoun for an animal, regardless of how dear it may be to its owner.
