Yeah, thats too bad, but I think everyone can agree this will only be a temporary stall in Josh’s life. A man with the talents and charisma that Josh possesses surly can not be kept down. With that; Josh, do what you do best, head down, stay strong, never give up or slow down.

Very sad news…I listened to the Adventure Club religiously all throughout my high school years (the early 90’s) and even when I moved away from Dallas I kept an eye on his playlists because I knew I could count on Josh. He was extremely influential on my musical tastes and he will be sorely missed. I hope he will find a better home where he will be given the respect he deserves.

How could the Edge possibly think that playing more of the same ‘non-alternative’ crap during that Sunday timeslot would be better than The Adventure Club? It’s mind-boggling. I’ve been listening to him since he started (and Gimarc before him). It was the only time that I truly listened to the radio. I have XM, but I still tuned in on Sunday nights.

This totally sucks . Josh was the only reason I really listened to the edge especially on sunday nights . He was my source for new music that no other station would play . Why would the edge do this ? Those corporate a-holes dont know sh——–t !!!!!!!111

I’ve been listening to the Advebture Club since 1994. Josh was brillant,funny and brought talent to the airwaves that nobody could do. My Sunday nights will never be the same.

If you want to let the Edge know how disappointed you are about Josh’s firing, contact their sales manager, Tracy M. Taylor, tracy@clearchannel.com. Seeing that it was a hard business for them to make, we can remind them it was an extremely poor business decision to make.

The Edge has a sad history of getting rid of or losing the DJs that made the station famous. George, Wendy, Alex, and now Josh. Like the other DJs of Edge past, Josh has been instrumental at turning me on to SO MANY bands that I am proud to have in my record, cd and mp3 collection. Josh, while it sucks now, you will eventually find out that ClearChannel did you a tremendous favor…They kicked you off a sinking ship. See you at Milo’s
