DMN To Cellphone Users: Hang Up

Incredibly, the hand-wringing Nanny Staters over at The Dallas Morning News editorial page don’t merely admire Highland Park’s current dumb proposal to ban cellphone use in HP school zones. They’re calling today for the Legislature to impose a similar ban throughout the state of Texas in 2009. Wow. It is truly instructive that they have so little regard for the people’s ability to exercise judgment and common sense.
