Darwin Deason Fights With ACS Directors

An alert FBvian points us to news that Darwin Deason, whose temper and odd choice in cocktails I wrote about in 2003, is now fighting with five ACS directors. Allegedly Deason tried to blackmail them into resigning. Should be interesting to watch the company’s stock in the next few days. (P.S. Here’s a picture of Deason’s yacht. Nice!)
