1. The Holy Land Foundation trial has ended with a resounding defeat for the Feds. Although the verdict(s) will be appealed, as one juror told the DMN, “There were so many gaps in the evidence, I could drive a truck through it.”

2.  A long story about DISD reorganization that says absolutely nothing. My favorite sentence that means absolutely nothing is this one: “But just five of the people whose jobs were cut earned $100,000 or more, even though about 86 DISD executives have salaries that high.” Oh. Kay. I guess I’m supposed to be outraged. Grrr.

3.  Mark Cuban again ties for lowest score, but his geek dancing fantasy was a big hit with the audience. In related news, humans are very easily amused.
