Last Wednesday, TCU’s junior wide receiver Walter Bryant was arrested and charged assaulting his wife, who claims Bryant slapped her in the face, then the arm, knocking her to the ground. As she tried to get up, he allegedly slapped her in the leg. That was last Wednesday. On Saturday, Bryant caught two passes for 23 yards in TCU’s 38-36 win over Stanford. Seems the head coach didn’t feel like suspending his arrested player, and he only recently got around to it. The TCU Daily Skiff has the goods.
