That was fast. I was wondering how quickly I would alienate the cycling community:
How’d the weekend go? And does your lack of nicotine bode ill for cyclists, like my brother?
Hah. No, I’m not going to run anyone down because I’ve kicked nicotine. (Made it through the entire weekend, by the way — coming up on one full week.) I know I made generalizations about cyclists before, so, to preempt further inquiry: Yes, I realize it’s a few bad apples and all of that. I also am aware that the city has made some mistakes re: cyclist traffic near the lake, and it’s not your fault. But it’s still irritating.
