Grease Is The Bad Word

This just in: Dallas Water Utilities has instituted a “Cease the Grease” program urging Dallas residents to quit pouring fats, oils, and grease (FOG) down their drain. DWU claims that 60-70 percent of all blockages in the city are caused by heavy FOG. Their new website shows you how you can recycle nasty fried turkey carcasses into rain boots. Not really, but they do offer some useful tips.
