You guys just got a back-handed mention on Oprah’s premiere episode. David Letterman, her “surprise” premiere guest, just blew through a special Oprah Top 10 list — Top 10 Reasons I Love Oprah — and, in it, Dave indicates that he loves Oprah because she helped him launch his own “D” Magazine….
Attn: Our Lawyers. Can we file trademark infringement then settle with Dave for millions? And/or Oprah for billions? Or at least get a free car?
