Re: Mark Cuban

Eric, I might have been surprised by the news that Cubes was going to appear on Dancing with the Stars had I not happened upon All In, a dreadful straight-to-video poker flick, on Sunday morning. I might have mentioned before that I’ll watch just about anything if it appears on HBO/Showtime; All In has now usurped The Day After Tomorrow as the most egregious example of that personality flaw.

Oh, right: What does this have to do with Cuban? Proving that he’ll do anything if a camera is involved, the frustrated actor is in the movie as one of the high rollers at the final table of some exceedingly spare poker tourney, competing alongside Dominique Swain’s Ace Anderson. (Spoiler alert: She wins.) I will now recreate MFFL No. 1’s only line:

MARK CUBAN

(looks at cards)

[Sigh] … Fold.
