Vivian Fields Middle School in Farmers Branch was touting its status as a recognized campus under the state’s ratings system for two years in a row. But someone mistakenly had proclaimed the campus “reconized” on the school’s marquee. The school immediately corrected the misspelling when notified of the error Tuesday afternoon.
