Last month, chef Francois Forte was in a motorcycle accident. His wife Catherine files a good report.
Francois is home. Released on Tuesday. He is doing very well. Needs meds. and rehab, but I expect him to recover fully. A miracle. He will be starting to do some work at the Catalina Room next week. I will of course be with him at all times.
