Call it the “CEO bump.” That’s at least what I’m calling it. Safka, the Match.com big man, was promoted yesterday by IAC to a still-unnamed San Francisco-based venture. Here’s the paraphrased (and fictional) release from IAC CEO Barry Diller:
Safka’s been great. But I didn’t realize how great until I read this story, a cover story, mind you, in some Dallas magazine. What an interesting magazine.
Or words to that effect.
