ODD BILLBOARDS MISSING “U”

An alert FBvian writes in:

I know one of your genius readers will know the answer to what’s up with the strange billboards popping up around town. The three I have seen simply say:

George B SH
Cowboys Stadi m
tility Bills

Obviously, it’s the “U” that missing, but the correlation between the three things is strange. It’s a teaser campaign for SOMETHING. If anybody knows, let’s ruin it for them!
