MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE FOR PRISON BREAKER

TMZ.com is reporting that Lane Garrison will be charged in a Los Angeles court today with vehicular manslaughter and could serve up to six years in prison if convicted. Garrison, you may remember, is the local actor who starred for a season on Prison Break and was featured in the print edition of FrontBurner (scan down), where he recalled his troubles with the law as a teen. Last December, while driving with a blood alcohol level over twice the legal limit, he crashed his car into a tree in Beverly Hills, killing one teenager and injuring two others–all three of whom he had provided alcohol for. (He will also face charges of providing alcohol to a minor.)
