Today’s Dallas daily has a full-page house ad on page 8A, headlined “Doing his DISD homework” and lauding one of its reporters for breaking the DISD credit card scandal. Nice ad. Stark imagery. Simply not true.
Credit for that kill goes to Allen Gwinn at Dallas.org, who had the story and a full, working database of DISD purchase records a year before the DMN got wind of the story. So, you know, boo-yaa, Allen.
