My Fair Lady and I checked out the new Belmont Hotel in Oak Cliff on Saturday. Or, more accurately, we checked out the Bar Belmont. Wonderful place. We both really dug it.
Question: why is it such a compliment to say of an establishment “It doesn’t feel like you’re in Dallas”? Anyway, that’s the Belmont. It doesn’t feel like Dallas.
