A sports-following FrontBurnervian shakes his head in bemusement (I’m imagining) at Texas A&M’s disgruntlement. In case you hadn’t heard, the Aggies think the term “12th Man” for enthusiastic fan participation is theirs and theirs alone. They don’t like the Seattle Seahawks organization–or anyone else, for that matter–using it. This FrontBurnervian adds:
Word on the street is that the Dallas firm of Winstead is today going to file a Motion for Temporary Injunction in Bryan on behalf of Texas A&M, requesting that the Seahawks be prevented from using the 12th Man phrase at the Super Bowl this week. Don’t the Aggies have more important things to do, like trying to beat Texas in football?
Poor Aggies.
